Why take out a subscription?

 

If you want to ensure you never miss an issue of your favourite magazine, buying a magazine subscription is a great start. Your subscription will be delivered directly to your door so will save you the time – and as the prices are often much less than the shop price, it will save you money too!

 

How can I order a subscription?

Decide on the magazine you’d most enjoy from our selection. Click on the button next to your chosen subscription and click 'Buy Now'. Once you have finished shopping simply click 'Basket, where you will be asked to fill out your delivery details and method of payment. Please note that your transaction is made with iSubscribe Ltd, on behalf of Waterstones Booksellers Ltd.

 

How will my subscription be confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. This will then act as your receipt. If you don’t receive this email, please contact iSubscribe customer services by email (support+waterstones@isubscribe.co.uk) or by telephone (0207 199 0069).

 

When will I receive my first issue?

Your subscription is most likely to start with the next available issue. The delivery date is determined by the date that you placed your order and the print date of the next available issue. Delivery times vary depending on the frequency of the magazine. Weekly magazines usually take around 2-4 weeks for the first issue to arrive, whilst monthly magazines usually arrive within 4-6 weeks. Your magazine will be posted out via Royal Mail so you will not need to sign for it.

 

How do I notify you about a change of address?

If you have moved home during the time of your subscription, please contact iSubscribe customer services by email (support+waterstones@isubscribe.co.uk) or by telephone (0207 199 0069) to amend your delivery details.

 

Can I renew my subscription?

If you are renewing a subscription you already have, simply tick the box which states “This subscription is a renewal” when filling out the delivery details. This will ensure that the subscription doesn’t start until your current subscription expires.

 

Gift subscriptions

If you love magazines, we’re sure many of your friends and family do too and a magazine subscription makes the perfect gift. When placing your order you can enter a separate recipient name delivery address, meaning that you can send a magazine subscription to anyone!

 

Direct Debit

Depending on the magazine you have ordered, you may have the option to subscribe by Direct Debit. Depending on the magazine, your payments will be spread into easy, manageable 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments as stated when you purchase your subscription. As a Direct Debit is a continuous payment method you are in complete control of your subscription as well as eliminating the need for renewal notices.

 

Is the online payment system secure?

Yes. iSubscribe Ltd use SSL encryption software to keep the details of your order and Credit/Debit Card information and bank details secure.

 

What can I do if I do not receive an issue on time?

Can I use a Waterstones Gift Card to pay for a subscription?

We regret that we are unable to accept Waterstones Gift Cards as payment for magazine subscriptions.
